As i mentioned earlier about the idea of driving in areas with speed limits and the use of speed cameras and average speed cameras, this was a good idea..could i possible develope this? i would need access to a lot of things, do i have the time? and will i be able to do this?..how about something along the lines of navigation? hmm..
